My wife and I discovered these ginger snaps sometime ago when we bought them to use in the crust of a cheesecake. Since that recipe didn’t use the whole bag, we soon learned that we enjoyed the cookie in and of itself. Tonight we picked up a bag to take along to a social engagement, but there was sufficient snacks there that the bag remained nearly untouched…. until now. Nom, nom, nom. *grin*

Ginger snaps often look very similar to my favorite cookie, the molasses cookie. Your picture is making me hungry.
