Sometimes I cook. More often my wife does. When we find something especially yummy; here it goes.
Unless the office closes due to the weather tomorrow (or I forget them), these will be traveling to work with me tomorrow. I found the recipe before Christmas and have been trying to get the wife to try making a batch. Today I finally succeeded. 🙂
Baking these cookies made our house smell amazing and the flavor is just as good. My one personal concern is the texture seemed slightly off (likely due to the rolled oats in the cookies). *shrug* As stated, it’s my plan to take them to work and get feedback from my beta-eaters co-workers. (more…)
